About Us

Tidy Team is responsible for our customers’ safety and comfort. We are trained in customer service and sanitation, and proudly wear the Tidy John uniform.

A family operated business, TidyJohn’s owners Joe and Debbie Soucie, act as full time quality assurance managers. Joe brings experience in logistics and routing from the trucking industry while his wife and business partner, Debbie, learned customer service with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. She understands the importance of taking care of peoples’ needs and making them feel special, while he is an expert at on-time performance.

Together they lead the Tidy Team in providing top service, cleanliness and the ability to deliver promises on time and at a reasonable price.
